Media sources yesterday from Hubei Science and Technology Committee yesterday reported that Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone will apply for national overseas intelligence service base in this year, which is expected to receive more overseas intelligence support.
       According to the introduction, China Science and Technology Committee launched overseas intelligence service plan in 2004, which can improve overseas science and technology cooperation.
